This heavy-weight of brunch restaurants in Minneapolis is the biggest social-proof brunch option on our list based on its 4.9 rating and 19K reviews on Google Maps. Although it's outside the North Loop, no Minneapolis brunch guide would be complete without it.

The Breakfast Club is exactly what it says it is, a brunch and breakfast only restaurant that features fun starters such as breakfast corn dogs and monkey bread along with staples such as English muffin sandwiches, biscuits and gravy and loaded hash browns. It can all be served up with a selection of Bloody Mary's, cocktails or brunch with mimosas featuring their mimosa flight along with non-alcoholic options.

The Breakfast Club has a first-come-first-serve set up, so get there early. They also offer curbside pickup, but no delivery. 

2. Diane's Place

They also have a full brunch cocktail menu. The polish of this elevated North Loop restaurant does come with an elevated price tag, but reviewers give it high praise as well.

Consistently ranked as one of the best restaurants in Downtown Minneapolis, The Butcher's Table is another high-end option on our list. Much as its name suggests, this meat-forward brunch choice offers up house-smoked meats, hand-cut steaks, Minnesota Wagyu, sausages and seafood. You will also find staple brunch dishes that include cheesy hash browns and fried green tomato eggs benedict.

6. Hen House Eatery

This downtown Minneapolis brunch and breakfast institution boasts farm-inspired fare with an upbeat café vibe and modest pricing. With over 6K reviews, it also carries some social proof on its quality menu, which includes both breakfast and lunch along with bakery items, vegan options and kids' items. The Hen House also has a bar with brunch beverages, including both alcohol and non-alcohol options. 

7. Red Cow North Loop

They feature brunch classics with biscuits and gravy and eggs benedict along with their elevated ricotta toast made with brioche and citrus preserves. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 8AM to 2PM.

In our humble opinion, this sports bar in Minneapolis is the newest, hottest place to get breakfast in the North Loop. Our dedicated brunch menu, served every Sunday from 11AM-2:30PM, offers up a Sunday Funday experience with cocktails, big TVs and a group-friendly energy. Our menu features brunch and bar food classics, such as breakfast burritos, carne asada tacos, eggs benedict and sammies, huevos rancheros, or chilaquiles alongside cocktails, beer and wine selections.
